Post vasectomy semen analysis kit (mandatory for booking) - $149

You’ll need the test kit to ensure all your swimmers are gone after two months and 20 ejaculations. It’s the only way you will know with certainty that you are sterile. We use Fellow, which offers the highest quality post-vasectomy semen analysis to ensure men are sterile after the procedure. Say goodbye to the embarrassment of having to give a semen sample in a doctor’s office and hello to the comfort of doing it in your own home! Fellow offers a mail-in semen analysis and results that are emailed directly to the patient.

Please note that purchasing the kit is required and serves as a non-refundable booking fee should you cancel the procedure for any reason within 7 days of the vasectomy.
